Return and Refund Policy
BackApp Application
If, for any reason, You ("Customer") are not completely satisfied with a purchase of BackApp application and/or subscription We (hereinafter – “KODE LLC”) invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named BackApp.
1.2 Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to KODE LLC, Sharjah Bridge 515000 Sharjah, SHARJAH;
1.3 Service refers to the Application and subscription;
1.4 Policy means present Return and Refund Policy;
1.5 Purchase means execution of data plan usage and transferring payment of its cost;

2. INTERPRETATION:
2.1 The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the DEFINITION clause of Policy. Those definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

3. PURCHASE CANCELATION RIGHTS:
3.1 You are entitled to cancel Your Purchase within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
3.2 The deadline for canceling a Purchase is 14 days from the date on which You have Purchased the Service.
3.3 In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

3.4 We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your notification of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Purchase, but any fees for such reimbursement will incur on You.

4. CANCELATION CONDITIONS:
4.1 No Purchase with expired term of subscription can be canceled.
4.2 In case of Account deletion no term of subscription is saved, reserved or prolonged, regardless of reasons of such deletion. The cost of not used term of Subscription is not subject to compensation.
4.3 Cancelation request must be accompanied by reliable and complete information about purchase, including payment information.
4.1 No Purchase with expired term of subscription can be canceled.
